We welcome researchers, academicians, practitioners, and industry experts to submit their original and unpublished work to the QRS International Conference based on the tracks under the selected conference title and theme.

Submission Guidelines

• Authors must submit original, unpublished manuscripts that are not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
• Manuscripts should be written in English and prepared according to the conference manuscript template.
• The maximum length of the manuscript is 5–6 pages, including figures, tables, and references.
• All submissions will be peer-reviewed by the Technical Program Committee.
• Accepted papers must be presented at the conference by at least one of the authors.

Formatting Requirements

• Use the provided Manuscript Template to prepare your paper.
• Font: Times New Roman, size 10–11 (as per template).
• File format: Microsoft Word (.docx).
• Referencing style: IEEE as determined by the organizing committee.
• Figures and tables must be clear, high-quality, and properly captioned.

Submission Process

• Submit your manuscript via email at submission@qrs.com.my
• Each submission will be acknowledged by email confirmation.
• Notification of acceptance/rejection will be sent to authors within the review timeline.

Presentation Guidelines

• Accepted papers must be presented either in-person or virtually.
• Presentation time: 12–15 minutes, followed by Q&A.

Publication

• All accepted and presented papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings with ISBN as well as in the QRS International Journal.
