All accepted and presented papers will be published in the Quantum International Journal of AI, Ethics & Society (Q-AES) – at no additional cost.

Selected high-quality manuscripts presented at Q-AES 2026 may be recommended for submission to suitable Scopus-indexed journals, including Q1 and Q2 journals, where applicable (subject to additional costs).

All journal submissions will be subject to the independent review and editorial processes of the respective journals. Final acceptance decisions rest solely with the respective journal’s editorial board.

Authors are encouraged to prepare full papers that demonstrate strong research quality, originality, methodological rigour, and relevance to the multidisciplinary focus areas of Q-AES2026, including Science and Technology, Health and Medicine, and Enterprise and Innovation.

Manuscripts that are not selected for Q1 or Q2 journal recommendation may still be considered for other valuable publication pathways. These may include submission to Q3 and Q4 Scopus-indexed journals, Scopus-indexed book chapters, special issues, regular issues of collaborating journals, or conference proceedings, subject to suitability, publisher requirements, and editorial approval.

Each submission pathway will follow the academic, ethical, and publication standards required by the respective publishers and indexing bodies.

Through this structured and tiered publication strategy, QRS and Q-AES 2026 aim to support authors in achieving impactful, internationally recognised publications while maintaining academic rigour, transparency, and publication integrity.
